Acceptable use
Halolauncher is a tool for launching and trading your own coins. Using it means you will not use it for any of the following. Breaking these rules can get an account suspended, with its automation stopped.
Breaking the law
- Anything illegal where you are or where we are, including money laundering, financing crime, and evading sanctions.
- Using the site from a country under comprehensive US sanctions, or while on a sanctions list.
Deceiving people
- Coins whose name, ticker, picture or description pretend to be another person, company or project, or use their marks without permission.
- Promising returns, fake partnerships or fake listings to get people to buy.
- Trading a coin back and forth between your own wallets to fake volume or activity.
Harmful content
- Names, pictures or descriptions that sexualize minors, promote violence or terrorism, harass a real person, or attack people for who they are.
The site itself
- Trying to reach another account, its wallets or its data.
- Attacking, overloading or probing the site, or getting around its limits or its sign-in.
- Sharing, selling or renting an account; one account is for one person.
What we do
We may stop an action, suspend an account, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. A suspended account can still ask us to help it withdraw what it holds, unless the law stops us.
